Acceptable Use Policy

ColorizeOldPhoto is only for restoring and colorizing old photographs that you own or have authorization to process. Do not use the service to generate new images or to alter a photo in a way that misrepresents a real person.

You may not upload or request processing of:

• NSFW or sexual content, including nude or pornographic images.
• Deepfakes, face swapping, or other attempts to put one person's face onto another photograph.
• Photos of other people without authorization to upload and process them.
• Illegal content, including any image that exploits or endangers children or otherwise violates applicable law.

We may refuse, interrupt, or disable processing that appears to violate this policy. Repeated or serious misuse can lead to blocked access.

These rules are also part of the Terms. Questions: support@colorizeoldphoto.com.
